Dipak Prasad Bashyal
Founder and Board of Director
Mr. Bashyal is one of the founders of HMG. He has more than a decade long expertise and experience on the study, research, program management, project design/development, and implementation, fundraising, monitoring, evaluation, training manual development, and facilitation in the sector of good governance, livelihood/TVET, SMEs, gender and human rights, child rights, GESI, psychosocial and access to justice. He is working with LACC as Program Director, a well-known national NGO in the field of access to justice, advocacy, women, and human rights. He has served various national-level organizations as a senior management position and provided technical support to various INGOs as a consultant. He holds a diploma on Digital Security, International Human Rights, Gender, and Peace-building & Conflict Management and Participatory development from the USA as US State Department Fellow, and from The Netherlands as Dutch Government Fellow-Justice and Peace Program.
Govinda Neupane
Founder and Board of Director
Mr. Neupane is a founding member of HMG. He has extensive experience of more than 26 years in development management and humanitarian response sector working with different international development organizations, donors and national organization, the corporate sector in the multiple development sectors mentioned above. He is an expert in designing, implementing, and assuring the quality of strategies of organizations and programs, research and evaluations, organizational development and capacity building, strategic advocacy, partnership management, RBA programming, program development and fundraising, managing compliances of donors and governments, and strategic leadership and management of development organizations. He is a passionate development sector leader having worked from grassroots to senior manager including the capacity of Country Director/Manager various INGOs and donors including voluntary services for four years as a board member in Association of INGOs in Nepal (AIN) and as a member and advisor in several CSOs/NGOs
